CreedOS ("we", "the app") helps you define personal creeds (principles), track the behaviors that put them into practice, and reflect on your progress. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. 本应用帮助你定义个人信条、记录践行信条的行为并复盘进展。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、如何使用，以及你的选择权。

1. Information We Collect / 我们收集的信息

• Account data 账户数据: your email address (for sign-in, email verification, password reset). 你的邮箱（用于登录、邮箱验证、找回密码）。
• Creed & behavior data 信条与行为数据: the creeds, explanations, sources, categories, behaviors, logs, reflection events, version history and reminder settings you enter. 你录入的信条、释义、出处、分类、行为、记录、复盘事件、版本历史与提醒设置。Stored locally on your device (offline-first) and synced to your private cloud account. 本地优先存储于设备，并同步到你的私有云账户。
• Purchase data 购买数据: subscription/purchase status (handled by Apple and RevenueCat). 订阅/购买状态（由 Apple 与 RevenueCat 处理）。

2. How We Use Data / 数据用途

To provide and sync the service, verify your account, process purchases, generate optional AI suggestions (creed drafting and reflection analysis), and improve reliability. We do not sell your data or use it for cross-app advertising/tracking. 用于提供与同步服务、验证账户、处理购买、生成可选的 AI 建议（信条草拟与复盘分析）、提升稳定性。我们不出售你的数据，也不用于跨应用广告或追踪。

3. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

• Supabase — secure cloud database & authentication 云端数据库与鉴权
• RevenueCat & Apple — subscription/in-app purchases 订阅与内购
• Resend — transactional emails (verification, reset) 事务邮件
• DeepSeek AI — optional creed drafting & reflection analysis 可选信条草拟与复盘分析

These providers process data only to deliver their function. When you use an AI feature, the relevant creed/behavior text is sent to the AI provider solely to generate that response and is not used to train models. 这些服务仅为实现对应功能而处理数据。使用 AI 功能时，相关信条/行为文本仅为生成本次结果而发送给 AI 服务，不用于训练模型。

4. Data Retention & Deletion / 保留与删除

Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and permanently erase your data, email dcjwf@qq.com; we process within 7 business days. 你的数据在账户有效期内保留。注销账户并永久删除数据，请发邮件至该地址，我们在 7 个工作日内处理。

5. Security / 安全

Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Session tokens are stored in the device secure keychain. Cloud access is protected by per-user row-level security. 传输全程 HTTPS 加密，会话令牌存于设备安全钥匙串，云端按用户行级安全隔离。

6. Children / 儿童

CreedOS is not directed to children under 13. 本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。

7. Changes / 政策变更

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. 我们可能更新本政策并修订上方日期。
