By using Creed to Habit ("the app") you agree to these Terms. 使用本应用即表示你同意以下条款。

1. License / 使用许可

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for defining and tracking your own creeds and behaviors. 我们授予你个人、不可转让、可撤销的许可，用于定义与追踪你自己的信条与行为。

2. Your Content / 你的内容

You own the creed and behavior data you enter and are responsible for it. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes. 你拥有你录入的信条与行为数据并对其负责；不得将本应用用于非法目的。

3. Subscriptions & Purchases / 订阅与购买

• If the app offers optional paid features, they are billed through your Apple ID as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. 如本应用提供可选付费功能，将以自动续期订阅或一次性购买的形式通过 Apple ID 计费。
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. 订阅会自动续期，除非在到期前至少 24 小时取消；在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消。
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. 价格以应用内显示为准，因地区而异。

4. Acceptable Use / 行为规范

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the app. 不得逆向或滥用本应用。

5. Disclaimer / 免责声明

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何担保。

6. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对使用本应用产生的间接或附带损失负责。

7. Termination / 终止

You may stop using the app at any time. The app has no account; your data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app. We may update or discontinue features. 你可随时停止使用。本应用没有账号，数据只保存在你的设备上，删除应用即删除数据。我们可能更新或停止部分功能。

8. Changes / 条款变更

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 我们可能更新条款并修订上方日期，继续使用即视为接受。
