Welcome to Kept ("the App"). Please read these terms carefully before using the App. By registering for or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.
The App provides home inventory tracking, categorisation, idle-item reminders, decluttering suggestions, and AI-assisted features. Some features require an internet connection.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful activity or to upload illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content. We may otherwise suspend or terminate the service.
The App is free to use. Some advanced features may be offered as an optional paid subscription in future; any pricing and benefits will be shown in the App, and purchases are handled through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's rules on billing, renewal, and refunds.
AI suggestions (such as decluttering hints and item recognition results) are for reference only, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for deciding how to handle your own belongings.
The App, including its interface, trade marks, and code, is owned by the developer. The item data you enter belongs to you.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. We strive to keep the service stable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these terms from time to time; any changes will be published on this page. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
