By downloading or using Habit OS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Habit OS is a personal habit-tracking tool that stores your data locally on your device. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your device and for backing up your data. Because data is stored locally, deleting the App will erase your records.

3. Purchases

The App may offer optional paid features in the future. Any purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store terms. Prices shown in the App are indicative until purchasing is enabled.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or any damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
