By downloading or using Life Progress ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Life Progress is a personal time-awareness tool. It visualizes how time passes — within a day, a week, a month, and a lifetime — and lets you mark how a moment feels. It is a reflective tool, nothing more.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or health advice. The status marks and the short reflective lines the app shows are not a diagnosis, assessment, or treatment of any condition. Life expectancy is a number you choose as a reference for the progress display — it is not a prediction about you. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or your local crisis line.
All content you create stays on your device. We have no copy and no access. You are responsible for your device and its backups. If you delete the app, reset the device, or use the in-app "Delete all data" function, your content is gone permanently and cannot be recovered by us.
Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law and by the Apple Media Services Terms.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

你创建的全部内容只保存在你的设备本机。我们没有副本，也无法访问。设备及其备份由你自行负责。若你删除 App、重置设备，或使用 App 内的「删除全部数据」，你的内容将被永久清除，我们无法为你找回。
请将本 App 用于你个人的、非商业的用途。除适用法律与 Apple 媒体服务条款允许的范围外，不得对本 App 进行逆向工程、反编译或再分发。
本 App 按「现状」与「可获得」的状态提供。后续版本可能新增、修改或移除功能。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，或任何数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
