By downloading or using Marka you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Marka on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not resell the app, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it, except where that restriction is void under the law that applies to you.
Images you bring into Marka stay yours. Marka claims no rights over them, and never transmits them. You are responsible for having the right to annotate and share the images you work on, and for what you do with the results.
Marka Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the sticker library and background styling. Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly.
The “find sensitive information” feature is a convenience, not a guarantee. Automatic detection can miss things and can flag things that do not matter. Always review an image yourself before sharing it. Marka is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
