By downloading or using Northstar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Northstar is a personal goal-tracking tool. It lets you record goals, break them into phases and steps, log daily actions, and view your own statistics. All of this runs locally on your device.
Everything you enter belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your goals or log entries and we have no access to them.
Do not use the App for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with it.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Because your data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, deletion or uninstalling the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Northstar version 1.0 is free and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. If paid features are introduced later, they will be clearly described before purchase and governed by Apple's standard terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失承担责任。
Northstar 1.0 版本完全免费，不含任何应用内购买、订阅或广告。若日后推出付费功能，将在购买前明确说明，并适用 Apple 的标准条款。
我们可能更新本协议。更新后继续使用即表示你接受修订后的条款。
