RelNet Privacy Policy

RelNet ("the App") helps you manage your personal contacts and relationships. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address you provide at sign-up, used for login, authentication, and account recovery.
• Contact data you enter: information you add about your contacts (e.g. name, role, company, industry, city, notes, interaction history). This content is created by you and used only to provide relationship-management features within the App.
• Device & usage information: to keep the service reliable we may process necessary technical data (e.g. crash logs, device type). We do not collect advertising tracking identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain core features such as contact management, reminders, insights, and data export;
• For account login, authentication, and security;
• When you use features like "AI script generation", the relevant contact details you select are sent to our AI service to generate content (see Section 4).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored "local-first" in an on-device database and may be synced, once you sign in, to our cloud service (hosted via Supabase). Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: provides authentication and cloud database hosting.
• AI service (DeepSeek): when you actively trigger an AI feature, the relevant text is sent to the AI API to generate a result. We send only what is necessary for the feature and do not use it for training or other purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, nor use it for third-party advertising.

5. Your Rights

• Access & correction: you can view, edit, or delete the contact data you entered at any time within the App.
• Export: you can export your data as JSON / CSV / Excel files.
• Account deletion: to delete your account and associated data, email dosmallnw@gmail.com and we will process it within a reasonable time.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; login credentials are kept on-device using Secure Store. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
