You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights, including but not limited to uploading illegal content, violating others' privacy, harassment, unauthorized data scraping, or interfering with the App's normal operation.

The contact data and content you enter into the App belong to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any third-party information you enter, and for any liability arising from entering or using such information.

5. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the App itself (including its interface, trademarks, code, and design) belongs to us and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.

6. Paid Services

The App may in the future offer premium (Pro) subscriptions or one-time purchases. Where applicable, prices, contents, and renewal terms will be disclosed on the purchase screen. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.

7. Disclaimer
