Voice Studio 隐私政策

Voice Studio（以下简称“本应用”）是一款本地优先的录音与转写工具。我们高度重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理你的信息。

1. 我们收集什么

本应用不设自有服务器，不收集、不上传你的任何个人数据到我们的后台。你的录音、转写文字、标签、地点等全部仅保存在你的设备本地。

2. 设备权限

• 麦克风：用于录制语音笔记。录音文件仅存储在本机。
• 语音识别：使用 Apple 语音识别将录音转写为文字。当所选语言支持端上识别时，转写在你的设备本地完成；若该语言不支持端上识别，音频可能被发送至 Apple 服务器仅用于生成文字，遵循 Apple 语音识别条款。我们不在任何自有服务器上存储你的录音或文字。
• 定位（可选）：若你开启“自动记录地点”，本应用会在录音时读取一次当前位置以标注地点。该信息仅存储在本机，你可随时在设置中关闭。

3. 数据存储与同步

所有数据保存在你设备的本地数据库中。本应用不会将数据发送到任何第三方或我们的服务器。若未来版本提供 iCloud 同步，数据将存储于你本人的 iCloud 账户，由苹果管理，我们无法访问。

4. 第三方

本应用不集成广告 SDK，不进行用户追踪，不与第三方共享数据。

5. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会主动收集其信息。

6. 你的权利

你可随时在应用内删除任意或全部录音。卸载应用将清除本机所有本应用数据。

Voice Studio Privacy Policy

Voice Studio ("the App") is a local-first voice recording and transcription tool. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. What we collect

The App has no servers of its own and does not collect or upload any of your personal data. Your recordings, transcripts, tags, and locations are stored only on your device.

2. Device permissions

• Microphone: to record voice notes. Audio is stored only on-device.
• Speech Recognition: uses Apple's Speech Recognition to transcribe recordings. Transcription is performed on your device whenever on-device recognition is available for the selected language. For languages that do not support on-device recognition, audio may be sent to Apple's servers solely to generate the transcript, in accordance with Apple's Speech Recognition terms. We do not store your recordings or transcripts on any server we operate.
• Location (optional): if you enable "auto-record location," the App reads your current location once per recording to tag it. This is stored on-device only and can be disabled anytime in Settings.

3. Storage & sync

All data lives in your device's local database. The App does not send data to any third party or to our servers. If a future version offers iCloud sync, data will be stored in your own iCloud account, managed by Apple, inaccessible to us.

4. Third parties

The App contains no advertising SDKs, no user tracking, and shares no data with third parties.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

6. Your rights

You can delete any or all recordings within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all of its local data from your device.
