Munch Terms of Service

Welcome to Munch ("the App"). Please read and agree to these terms before using the App. Using the App means you accept the terms below.

1. The service

The App is a household management tool providing pantry inventory tracking, recipe suggestions, meal voting, shopping lists and receipt scanning. We may update, add to or adjust features from time to time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe;
• You must provide a valid email address for registration;
• You may not use the App for unlawful or infringing activity, or to interfere with normal operation of the service.

3. Your content

Data you create in the App (inventory, recipes, records and so on) belongs to you. You grant us the storage and processing rights necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of content you upload.

4. Paid services (Pro membership)

• The App may offer a Pro subscription or a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features;
• Payment is made through Apple App Store in-app purchase and follows Apple's payment and refund policies;
• Subscriptions renew automatically before expiry; you can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple account settings.

5. Disclaimer

Recipe suggestions, expiry reminders and AI recognition results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. Please use your own judgement regarding food safety and suitability. The App is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

6. Changes to and termination of the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the service where reasonable. You may also stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms are updated, the changes will be published on this page and the effective date revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
